How long will balloons last?
Latex balloons generally last between 10‐12 hours filled with helium. Foil balloons last 3‐5 days. Air‐filled balloons generally last for a couple of weeks, but will not float.
What happens if my balloons arrive deflated?
While we do our very best to ensure your balloons are perfect when they leave us and are packaged to protect your balloons on their journey to you, very occasionally they can be damaged on route.
Please contact us with a photo of the damaged balloon so we can organsie a replacement to be sent to you ASAP.
What does it cost to have balloons at my event?
We treat each event with special care and attention, so it is difficult to give a general pricelist on our website. Certain contributing factors are the distance to job site, time frame to setup the job, and the type of décor selected. Please speak with one of our event planners to discuss designs, themes and pricing.
Why can’t I just blow balloons up the day before my event?
Foil balloons have a long-lasting floating time. But we do not suggest to keep latex balloons filled with helium earlier.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes, there is a minimum order for delivery. AED 150 for Dubai, AED 500 for Sharjah and Ajman.AED 1000 for Abu Dhabi and RAK.
Can I send balloons to my friend or a resturant?
Yes! You can send balloons to your restaurant, hotel or venue.
We advise you call ahead and let them know to expect the balloons.
Please ensure you put as much detail as possible in the address - Room Number, the Name the Table is Booked under, any details that will help a busy restaurant, hotel or venue identify that the balloons are for you.
Can I customize the message on the balloons?
Yes - we would be happy to help you make some adjustments if you don't find what you are looking for.
You can call the team or WhatsApp the team with a picture of the balloons you would like to change the colour of so we can help you.
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes,there is a delivery charge of AED 25 for Dubai in orders less than 250 AED.
You will have free delivery in dubai over 250 AED.
What are your payment terms?
All orders need to be paid 100% in advance. You can book your date and slot at 50% advance, and pay the remaining 50% 1 day prior to the setup date.
Can I reuse the balloons?
Yes
We encourage you to reuse your balloons! You can insert a straw into the valve of your foil balloon to allow the helium to be released when you have finished enjoying them.
Then when you are ready to re-inflate the balloon just fill it with air of helium.
